1. Introduction
This Cookie Notice explains how Vuukle DMCC (“Vuukle”, “we”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies. It covers two distinct contexts:
- Cookies set when you visit vuukle.com (this corporate website).
- Cookies set by Vuukle widgets and tags when they load on a Publisher’s website.
For the practices of any specific Publisher whose site you visit, please refer to that Publisher’s own privacy policy and consent management platform.
2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your browser. Cookies set by the website you are visiting are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by other domains (e.g. ad-tech vendors) are called third-party cookies. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, Web Beacons, JavaScript, HTML5 Local Storage and Mobile Advertising IDs (MAIDs) where applicable. Throughout this Notice, “cookies” refers to all of these technologies collectively.

- Analytics — aggregate measurement of usage.

When you visit this site you will see a cookie consent banner where you can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or fine-tune your choices by category. Your preferences are saved for 6 months and apply across *.vuukle.com. You can review or change your choices at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page. Cookies set by Vuukle widgets on Publisher sites are separately governed by each Publisher’s own CMP and IAB TCF consent string.
5. Cookies set by Vuukle widgets on Publisher sites
When a Publisher embeds a Vuukle widget (Comments, Reactions, Read-aloud, Recirculation, Quizzly) or the Vuukle SSP tag, the following cookies may be set on your browser. These are governed by the Publisher’s consent management platform — we honour the IAB TCF consent signal returned by that CMP.

The cookie names above reflect Vuukle’s default configuration. A given Publisher integration may use a subset or use custom names for the same purposes. A definitive per-deployment list is available on request to legal@vuukle.com.
6. Biometric processing (Quizzly only)
If a user opts in to Face ID authentication inside the Quizzly product, biometric data is processed by our sub-processor FaceIO.net. This processing is described in Section 15 of our Privacy Policy. It is opt-in only, never enabled by default, and is unrelated to advertising.
7. How to control or withdraw consent
On Publisher sites where you see a CMP banner: use the Publisher’s consent management widget to grant or withdraw consent. Vuukle and our SSP partners honour the IAB TCF consent string and the Global Privacy Control (GPC) header.

8. IAB TCF vendor registration
Vuukle is registered as an IAB Europe TCF v2 vendor with Vendor ID 1004. You can verify our registration and the purposes for which we may process personal data at iabeurope.eu/vendor-list/.
9. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal or operational reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when we last revised it. Material changes will also be flagged in our Privacy Center.
